All sales of discounted items are final we cannot offer return, exchange or refund. This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods.

Order / Payment

You will not be required to create an account to place an order but if you do register your details we provide tools to review your orders and save your personal details to speed up future purchases.

We accept the following payment types:  Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  All orders are subject to review prior to fulfilment.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us when we have successfully received your order.  If you experience difficulties processing your payment or are unsure the transaction completed successfully please contact our support team at support@aussiegrit.com.

Each business day, we aim to process all orders received before 12pm on the same day.  Once we have shipped your order we will send you confirmation that the order has left our warehouse and provide a tracking number.


This is our Australian store.  We also have a UK store(aussiegritapparel.com/gb) with prices shown in GBP.  If you live in the United Kingdom or Europe you should use that site for faster processing of your order.  Prices on this site are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.  GST is removed for orders shipped outside of Australia.


Orders for delivery in Australia will include GST.  We do not charge GST on Orders to countries other than Australia.  If you are not an Australian customer please be aware that your country may impose additional duties and taxes that will be your responsibility to pay before the goods can be delivered.
